As ENDOKS ENERJİ A.Ş. (“Endoks”, the “Company”), we process the personal data of data subjects in our capacity as the data controller by taking adequate security measures in accordance with the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (“KVKK”) and the relevant secondary legislation.

Within the scope of your visit to our website and your communication with us, the personal data obtained and processed by us are as follows:

  • Identity: Name and surname

  • Contact: E-mail address

  • Customer Transaction: Your message

  • Transaction Security: IP address and traffic information

  • Marketing: Statistical/analytical and marketing-related cookie records

c) Method of Collection of Personal Data

Your personal data are obtained through automatic methods by visiting our website and using our website and related tools, based on the legal grounds set forth in Article 5(2) of the KVKK, in order to fulfill the purposes specified in paragraph (b) of this notice.

d) Legal Grounds for the Collection and Processing of Personal Data

The table below presents the categories of personal data processed, the purposes of processing, and the corresponding legal grounds.

e) Parties to Whom Processed Personal Data May Be Transferred and Purposes of Transfer

Your personal data may be transferred, for the purposes stated below, in accordance with Article 8(2)(a) of the KVKK:

  • To relevant public institutions and organizations, as well as private institutions and organizations, where required or upon request, for the fulfillment of legal obligations arising from applicable legislation,

  • To our lawyers and consultants, to the extent necessary and within the scope of confidentiality obligations, for the purpose of monitoring legal and financial processes,

  • To our service providers from whom we receive support for the operation of website processes,

  • To the group companies to which we are affiliated, for the purpose of conducting audit and reporting processes.

f) Your Rights Under Article 11 of the KVKK

As a personal data subject, pursuant to Article 11 of the KVKK, you have the following rights:

  • To learn whether your personal data are processed,

  • To request information if your personal data have been processed,

  • To learn the purpose of processing your personal data and whether they are used in accordance with that purpose,

  • To know the third parties to whom your personal data are transferred domestically or abroad,

  • To request the correction of your personal data if they are processed incompletely or inaccurately,

  • To request the deletion or destruction of your personal data within the framework of the conditions stipulated in the relevant legislation,

  • To request notification of the correction, deletion, or destruction operations to third parties to whom your personal data have been transferred,

  • To object to the occurrence of a result against you arising from the analysis of your personal data exclusively through automated systems,

  • To request compensation for damages in case you suffer damage due to unlawful processing of your personal data.

You may submit your requests regarding your rights under Article 11 of the KVKK, by fully completing the Data Subject Application Form, in accordance with Article 11 and Article 13(1) of the KVKK and the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller, by:

  • Personally applying to our Company at “İnönü Mah. 1748 Cad. No:1 Yenimahalle/Ankara”,

  • Sending an e-mail via our registered electronic mail (KEP) address endoksenerji@hs01.kep.tr,

  • Submitting a written request via a notary public or by registered mail with return receipt, for the purpose of identity verification and preventing disclosure to unauthorized persons,

  • Sending an e-mail to kvkk@endoks.com using a secure electronic signature, mobile signature, or (if available) the e-mail address previously notified to our Company and registered in our systems,

  • Or by other methods to be determined by the Personal Data Protection Board in the future.

In addition to the rights specified under Article 11 of the KVKK, if you have provided explicit consent for the processing of your personal data, you have the right to withdraw such consent at any time.

g) Amendments and Updates

This privacy notice has been prepared in accordance with the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data and the relevant legislation. Necessary amendments may be made to this notice in line with changes in the applicable legislation and/or the Company’s personal data processing purposes and policies.
