Alper CETIN, Ph.D.
Chief Technology Officer, Power Electronics
Alper Cetin was born in Ankara. He received his B.Sc., M.Sc., and PhD degrees in Electrical-Electronics Engineering from the Middle East Technical University in 1995, 2000, and 2007, respectively. Depends on his interest in power quality, power electronics, medium/high power converters, control systems, switch-mode power supplies, he worked on ‘High-Efficiency ZVZCS Full-Bridge Converter for Medium Power Low Input Voltage Applications’ in M.Sc. thesis and ‘Design and Implementation of a Voltage Source Converter Based STATCOM for Reactive Power Compensation and Harmonic Filtering’ in PhD thesis.
He worked at ASELSAN / MST Group as a researcher in the analogue design department and TUBITAK UZAY / Power Electronics Group as a senior and chief researcher. He is the founding partner of ENDOKS Energy and working as CTO of Power Electronics since 2010.
He likes sailing, swimming, diving, travelling, playing basketball and listening to music.
